  Responsibilities
  
 Prepare and manage customer quotations.
 Handle switchboard operations.
 Manage invoicing and coordinate courier deliveries and collections at the mines.
 Process all purchase orders for new and repair items from receipt to delivery.
 Handle import and export tasks.
 Maintain full stock control.
 Follow up on all outstanding orders and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
 Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
