Job Summary
Responsible for accurate performance and communication of all laboratory tests to determine wheat/flour quality. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
Roles & Responsibilities- Quality inspection and analysis of all raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
- Incoming Packaging Material Inspection
- Online Process Inspection of Finish and Semi Finish Products
- Monitoring and maintaining GMP.
- Maintaining Documents related to ISO 17025, HACCP, HALAL & FSSC standard.
- Use and maintain equipment (calibration, repair and record-keeping).
- Maintain flour/feed-analysis reports.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area(s).
