Duties will include:
Managing Various Frameworks/ Contracts (Asbestos Remediation or Asbestos Surveys)
Maintaining Master Spreadsheets for each Framework via Excel
Corresponding with Clients and our Contract Managers on a daily basis
Arranging appointments with Residents and Clients
Dealing with our Supervisors/Operatives & Surveyors on a daily basis
General Admin Duties
Entering Details into Easybop or Teams (Adhoc or Frameworks)
Putting together site packs & completion files
Arranging air tests/ skips, accommodation, Hire Equipment etc
Pre-Checking/ Quality Checking of Survey Reports
Covering of other colleagues when on Annual Leave/ Sick Leave
Answering of Main phone
