LEAD Role Overview the AJO Lead is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring consistent, compliant, and personalized customer experiences. 
Design and implement event-driven customer journeys across email, push, in-app, and other channels 
Define journey entry conditions, decisioning logic, and personalization rules 
Establish governance standards, naming conventions, and best practices for journeys and campaigns
