The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the Project Manager throughout customer implementation projects
- Lead customer requirements discovery and intake during implementations
- Drive user engagement through remote and onsite presentations and product demonstrations
- Configure, test and validate solutions, including requirements translation, documentation, end-to-end testing and UAT support
