Key Responsibilities:Develop, optimize, and document complex 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM Software for high-precision components.
Design and procure custom tooling, fixtures, and gaging necessary to meet tight-tolerance specifications.
Lead process validation and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities for new and revised machined parts.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for machining deviations and non-conformances.
