Job Advert Falkirk Council’s Adult Social Work Services are seeking to recruit a motivated and committed Social Worker to join our East Locality Assessment and Care Planning Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our vision of enabling adults to live full and positive lives within supportive and inclusive communities. As part of a supportive and forward-thinking service, you will undertake outcomes-focused assessments and reviews in partnership with service users and carers, including robust risk assessment.
