About this role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support the execution of ingredient application projects. In this role, you will work hands-on in the laboratory, assisting with experimentation and data analysis to evaluate ingredient performance and help refine formulations.
Working under the guidance of senior colleagues, you will contribute to developing customer-relevant solutions while gaining practical experience in applications research and development within the food and beverage industry.
Accountabilities
Assist in conducting analyses of ingredient functionality, performance, and compatibility in various applications
Support testing and refinement of formulas and processes to meet specific project requirements
Accurately record experimental data and contribute to data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Innovation & R&D and Technical Service
