ISC Lead role in NPI program, DFx deployment for NPIs, Engineering support to Global Manufacturing Lines, Support/ drive Localization, Cost productivity, Yield Management, BIQ deployment, ECN/ECO implementation Management
Responsabilities:
- Deploy DFx (Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, Testing, Cost etc.) guidelines for NPI program,
- Provide technical support to all Global Manufacturing lines,
- Support/ drive localization activities, cost productivity
- Maintain yield at acceptable level for all the manufacturing lines
- Manage ECN/ECO implementation
- Analyze data, charts & graphs, use six sigma tools
- Identify & support development of Jigs, Fixtures & Machine requirements.
- Lead a team of engineers
- Ability to engage different functions like engineering, procurement, manufacturing etc. to drive projects.
