**Schedule** : Sun – Thurs, 9:45pm – 6:15am, **OT Required**
**What You Will Do:**
As an Advanced Welder at Stryker, you will support the production of precision components used in life-saving medical technologies. This role combines advanced manual welding, machining support, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality output in a regulated manufacturing environment.
+ Perform manual MIG and TIG welding to manufacture parts to specification
+ Operate and support fabrication equipment, including robotic welding (Level 2) and CNC processes
+ Set up and run production while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to produce and repair parts
