Advertising Manager

We're hiring a Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for home service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands‐on – you know how to drive lead volume and CPL improvements, but you're also disciplined with QA, pacing, and documentation.
We run high standards and move quickly.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Optimization
Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts for home service lead generation (Search + Performance Max).
Conduct audits and ongoing optimizations across keywords, search terms, negatives, ads/assets, targeting, and bidding.
Own budget pacing and ensure spend aligns with monthly targets.
Run structured tests and share learnings to improve performance.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor account performance daily and proactively flag risks.
Investigate and escalate major shifts (e.g., CPL spikes, lead drops, tracking issues).
