Job Description The Community Safety Net project is designed to provide a vital safety net for vulnerable communities. By providing high quality, person-centred welfare benefits, debt and housing advice to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship or crisis, supporting them to understand their rights, access their entitlements and improve their financial stability. 
As a Caseworker, you will support people to understand their rights, access their full entitlements and improve their financial stability. You will work sensitively with individuals who may be vulnerable or distressed. You will also connect clients with NCA’s other support projects providing Integrated and Holistic support.
