About the Role
As Advisor, Compensation, you translate business needs into effective compensation solutions that support the organization’s talent strategy. You partner closely with Finance and business leaders to manage key compensation cycles and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into compensation solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Own and support execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus processes, and salary planning in alignment with budgets.
- In collaboration with the Vice President, Compensation, design, implement, and govern compensation programs including base salary structures, performance‑based incentives (short‑ and long‑term), and commission plans.
