You will be the Aeronautical Engineer Sr Staff for the Aeronautics Engineering Team which is responsible for delivering breakthrough aircraft capabilities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Aeronautical Engineer Sr Staff you will be responsible for advancing finite element analysis that underpins the design, development, and sustainment of our premier military aircraft programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and validate high‑fidelity finite element models for F‑35, P‑47, IFG, and ADP platforms.
+ Conduct structural analyses, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations to design teams.
+ Partner with cross‑functional engineers to support design reviews and certification efforts.
+ Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in modeling and simulation.
