Aerospace Composite Trim Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Load cured composite parts into trim fixtures or tools.
- Operate band saws, hand routers, and other trimming tools to remove excess material.
- Perform edge finishing by sanding cut surfaces to eliminate fiber fuzz and irregularities.
- Support breakout operations, including removal of bagging materials and plaster from cured components.
- Use pneumatic tools such as air hammers to assist in the de-molding and cleaning of parts.
- Maintain work area cleanliness and follow all FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control procedures.
- Comply with quality assurance documentation and production guidelines aligned with aerospace standards (e.g., AS****).
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve trim-related issues.
