Job Description:Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals with accuracy and precision.
Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing on wiring harness assemblies.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements (FAA, IPC/WHMA, MIL‑STD, etc.).
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair discrepancies or defects in wiring harnesses and assemblies.
Maintain accurate, detailed production, testing, and inspection documentation.
Adhere to ESD, FOD, and all applicable safety procedures at all times.
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve technical issues and support ongoing development efforts.
