Position Overview
This Aerospace Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting production activities through the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components using a variety of tools, equipment, and machinery. The role includes completing production documentation, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and contributing to overall shop operations while upholding the high standards of the Alpine Aerotech brand.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Fabrication and assembly of sheet metal including deburring, drilling, CNC/cold forming, riveting, dimpling, resistance welding, grinding, sanding, and blasting.
- Operate machinery in support of production activities including press brakes, riveter/dimplers, resistance welders, pneumatic hand tools, etc.
- Complete documentation, assign inventory, and allocate labour to work orders as required.
