Responsibilities
- Partner with UK & Ireland Sales and Marketing teams, along with Affera Regional Clinical Managers, to drive utilisation of the Affera Mapping System and broader Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio through in-field training, coaching, and ongoing clinical support.
- Spend approximately 80% of time in the field, focusing on capability development through site visits, structured training delivery, performance coaching, feedback, and reinforcement of best practice standards.
