                Description: CRMG is looking for an Affordable Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 62-unit apartment community in downtown Portland, The Victorian Inn Apartments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a historical building with lots of charm.

The Affordable Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Location: Victorian Inn Apartments
Hourly Rate: $30.00- $32.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40hrs
