Responsibilities

• Have communication with every carrier to provide accurate tracking information to the customer and to the appropriate internal departments. Advise appropriate personnel of any delays
• Track and trace shipments for customers to ensure on-time, accurate, and satisfactory deliveries; provide updates as necessary
• Provide support to drivers on the road, help the logistics and a communication channel to flow
• You will be responsible to guard the operations of the after-hours shift
