About the Company OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars. Main Responsibilities Monitoring and Quality Control Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda & Jaecoo & Lepas and other Chery brands in Spain. Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ. Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates. Technical Support Troubleshoot and diagnose technical & quality issues on vehicles. Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements. Offer onsite technical support and develop technical visit reports as needed. Collaborate with the HQ engineering departments to identify and implement solutions for technical problems.
