Responsibilities
- Act as an industry expert, supporting both internal and external stakeholders with all technical inquiries.
- Handle technical inquiry tickets via the OEM platform and achieve related KPIs.
- Troubleshoot and identify claims in a professional manner.
- Conduct Homologation Studies and communicate with the OEM.
- Support the technical manager with the technical training plan and take initiatives to implement technical training to ensure customers fully understand product features and benefits, and to systematically increase market share.
