**Objective**:You will be responsible for remotely support for our customers', lighting and cooling equipment to reduce energy costs and optimize equipment performance.
**Main Responsibilities**:Process Inbound and outbound Call Center Phone calls.Create and process Ticket Requests documenting work performed.Remote Troubleshooting skills utilized to respond to and proactively address issues fromcustomer Building Automation Systems and Facilities.Provide telephone support for customers using multiple Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces.It will be a good match if you have:Training Preferably recent graduates.Student of business administration.Work expe...
