Job Description
- Build and improve AI agents and connected workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Glean, Rovo, Zapier, Cursor, or equivalent platforms
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand problems, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into practical AI solutions
- Design multi-step agent workflows that improve speed, quality, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Help prioritise and coordinate multiple AI initiatives based on business value and impact
- Monitor, refine, and optimise agent performance as adoption scales across teams
- Support experimentation, CRO, and funnel optimisation initiatives across Aussie and Lendi digital experiences
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI-enabled solutions — from discovery and prototyping through to rollout, iteration, and long-term optimisation
