About the Role
Our client a consultancy with major enterprise clients based in Dubai is supporting a significant digital and organisational transformation sponsored directly by the client CIO and Chief Strategy Officer. We are seeking experienced pragmatic Agile Coaches to join an embedded delivery team on the ground in Dubai. This is a hands‑on implementation role not a theoretical or advisory one.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and guide teams and leaders through Agile and Scrum adoption at team and organisational levels
- Act as a practical implementer embedding Agile ways of working across delivery teams
