Your role, your impact As an Agile coach, you’ll develop and implement activities that enable team members to develop their skills and improve development processes. Your role as a team coach will be to share your expertise and observations with all team members, ensure that best practices are applied, and maintain cohesion around the overall objective of projects involving multiple teams.
