Insight Global is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) to support high-visibility and fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ADM operates as a hybrid Scrum Master, Project Manager, and agile coach responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across complex programs while ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes. This team specifically oversees Home-buyer transformation initiatives across personal and business banking technology.
This role requires a strong ability to lead within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, acting as an Agile coach at the team level while partnering closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, solution architects, and senior stakeholders. The ADM will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, manage risks, dependencies, and financials, and promote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture across delivery teams.
