About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation for a major banking client. The successful candidate will act as a servant leader, strategic mentor, and Agile evangelist, tasked with increasing Agile maturity across tribes, squads, and business functions. This role is pivotal in embedding Agile best practices, optimizing team performance, and shaping a delivery-focused culture aligned with business outcomes. You will work closely with senior leadership, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional delivery teams to scale Agile practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban across teams and tribes.
- Coach Product Owners and team members on backlog grooming, sprint planning, and empirical planning.
