We are recruiting experienced Agile Masters and Scrum Masters for placement across a variety of IT delivery programmes in South Africa. Candidates who are passionate about enabling high-performing teams, removing delivery blockers, and embedding sustainable Agile practices are encouraged to apply at all experience levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Master within software or IT delivery environments
- Relevant certification is required — CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Solid working knowledge of Agile frameworks — Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Experience working within DevOps-oriented or continuous delivery environments
- Hands-on experience with Agile tooling such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Exposure to SAP or large-scale enterprise IT delivery programmes is advantageous
