The purpose of this role is to manage and oversee the green houses plantations and landscaping of palaces and villas of a high-profile client the UAE. Supervising a team of 40 ensuring efficient operations.

Selecting and planting appropriate plants, trees and flowers considering the local climate and aesthetic preferences. Implementing sustainable landscaping practices to conserve water and resources. Implement an inhouse nursery to ensure sustainability and cost effectiveness. Supervising the work of gardeners and other staff involved in maintaining the grounds.
