What you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will carry out Agro operations, yard, maintenance, and driving duties in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while delivering excellent customer service to Co-op employees and customers.

Agro Operations – Yard, Plant & Maintenance (approximately 50%)
Provide customer service through in-person, telephone, and written communication.

Assist at fertilizer plants (loading/unloading product, spill clean-up, general maintenance).

Assist in chemical sheds, including loading/unloading and filling customer orders.

Assist in seed sheds and seed treating operations (including Miniota Agro).

Load and unload water tanks, fencing materials, livestock equipment, and related products.

Perform yard maintenance duties (mowing, weed control, painting, general upkeep).
