AI Analyst (Cpnstruction, AU, Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Analyst to serve as the translator between the business and the AI team—a hybrid of data savvy and business acumen who understands how processes flow, the data that supports them, and where AI can make a measurable difference.

Working closely with Data Analysts and Data Engineers, you will build a clear view of data lineage, data quality, and end‑to‑end information flow, using that understanding to identify, scope, and shape AI and automation opportunities. You will convert business workflows into AI‑ready artefacts—process maps, data requirements, decision logic, prompt structures, and evaluation criteria—that our AI Engineer and AI Integrator can build from. You will also support change management and end‑user adoption to ensure AI solutions land successfully in the business.
