Work Location- Noida & Chandigarh Shift - Rotational Shift in EST (Only Night shifts) Position Summary We are looking for a proactive AI Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in scripting, DevOps, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will work on executing, maintaining, and optimizing AI-driven automation workflows to improve operational efficiency across MSP environments. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage pre-built automation workflows (ticket triage, user provisioning, reporting, etc.) Develop and troubleshoot scripts using Python and PowerShell Leverage automation and AI tools like Power Automate, Zapier, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, N8N, and Rewst Collaborate with Service Delivery and Automation teams to identify and implement automation opportunities Document workflows for clarity, scalability, and repeatability Monitor automation performance and ensure quality, optimization, and compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 1 years of experience in DevOps, scripti...
