Role Overview As the Training Lead Specialist, you'll design, deliver, and improve training programs that develop world-class VAs. This position requires deep familiarity with AI tools, automation, workflow optimization, and real-world application of AI in business operations. 
Your mission: Teach VAs how to use AI as a strategic assistant, not just how to write prompts. This means training them on how to troubleshoot, build solutions, streamline tasks with AI, and apply AI thinking to real business problems.
