The Role

Creative Assembly is looking for a motivated and collaborative AI Designer tojoin the award-winning Total War team based at our studio in Horsham, WestSussex.We’relooking for someone who embraces guiding talented multidisciplinaryteams to deliver engaging gameplay within our unique blend of turn-basedcampaigns and real-time battles. This is an in-studio position with flexibility on adhoc working from home. 

As aGameAIDesigneryou will design, setup and balance the gameAI’s features and behaviours, as well as the difficulty level on the game’s turn-basedCampaign side. You will work closely with the AI Programmers, AI Designers andGame Designers, ensuring there is collaboration between these departments, whilstfollowing the game’s vision set out by the Game Director.
