AI Driven Software Quality Analyst

K12 Coalition is seeking an AI-driven Quality Assurance Analyst who can ensure our applications, workflows, integrations, and business solutions meet the highest standards of quality while leveraging modern AI tools to dramatically improve testing efficiency and coverage.

This is not a traditional manual testing role. We want someone who thinks like a quality advocate and problem solver — someone who can understand business requirements, identify risks, design comprehensive testing strategies, automate repetitive testing activities, and use AI-powered tools to accelerate quality assurance processes.

The ideal candidate understands both software quality principles and modern AI-powered testing workflows. You should be comfortable validating business requirements, creating test plans, identifying edge cases, generating test scenarios, and working closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project managers.
