The role

We're hiring an AI Ecosystem Builder: someone who sits at the intersection of recruiting, community building, and market intelligence.

You'll be the person who connects us to exceptional AI/ML professionals. Not by posting ads, but by showing up at events, having real conversations, building a community, and becoming a known presence in the Portuguese AI ecosystem.

And when the right person meets the right project, you bring them on board.
