At Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology.
What we expect from you:- 3–6 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
- Hands‑on experience building applications powered by LLMs and Generative AI
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Experience building or integrating: agentic workflows, tool usage systems, API integrations, multi‑step reasoning pipelines
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings, and retrieval systems
- Experience working with distributed systems and backend services
