AI Engineer - Insurance

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join NTT DATA and help implement the AI backbone that supports how work gets done: from code analysis and requirement refinement to automated gap analysis and specification generation. This is a role for someone who is comfortable turning AI from a promising capability into something robust, scalable, and useful inside real delivery contexts.

You will work on the layer that enables AI to interact effectively with codebases, architectures, and delivery processes. That means configuring and orchestrating models and agents, improving the quality of AI-driven outputs, and helping shape an engineering approach where prompt design, architecture knowledge, and software rigor come together.
