- +5 years of experience with Java and/or Python;
- Backend API and distributed systems development;
- Knowledge of REST APIs, async processing and event-driven architectures;
- Experience with Kafka or messaging systems;
- Cloud-native development experience;
- Knowledge of AI technologies such as AI agents, RAG, vector databases, LLM integrations or orchestration frameworks;
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and automated testing;
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
