  What You Bring: 
4+ years of experience in backend or service-based system development using Python and/or C# 
At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with AI/LLMs such as OpenAI or Claude 
Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or agent-based systems 
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend architectures 
Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment pipelines 
Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI orchestration frameworks 
Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) 
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills 
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
