AI Engineer

AI Engineer (6-Month Contract) Abu Dhabi, UAE | On-site | 6-month contract

We're looking for an AI Engineer to join an IT team in Abu Dhabi for a 6-month contract. You'll build AI tools (like chatbots, document automation, and smart assistants) on Microsoft Azure, and connect them to systems the company already uses, like SharePoint, Teams, and SAP. You'll also work side-by-side with the internal IT team to teach them how to maintain everything after the contract ends. This is a builder role, not a strategy role. You'll write production code, not slide decks.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy Azure-native AI solutions: RAG systems, agentic applications, document intelligence pipelines
• Integrate AI services with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)
• Connect data from Box.com, SharePoint, and SAP SuccessFactors
• Implement security, identity (Entra ID), and AI governance controls
