As an AI Governance & Program Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping how AI is governed, delivered, and scaled across Arxada.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead the operation of Arxada’s AI governance framework, ensuring clear lifecycle controls, ownership, and accountability across AI initiatives
- Own and maintain a trusted AI system and agent inventory, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and alignment with governance expectations
- Drive audit readiness by coordinating evidence collection and maintaining clear, structured, and up‑to‑date governance documentation
- Run the weekly AI pipeline operating rhythm, including intake, prioritization, stage progression, action tracking, and escalation
