About the Role
We’re looking for an AI & IT Operations Lead who will embed AI into everyday operations, while ensuring our IT backbone remains reliable, secure, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to 10× workflows by spotting inefficiencies, manual work, and bottlenecks across teams.
- Turn ideas into real tools: implement and roll out practical AI solutions (automations, copilots, integrations) that teams actually use.
- Work directly with teams to redesign processes and embed AI into their day‑to‑day work.
- Drive adoption, train and support users until solutions stick.
- Create simple playbooks and best practices for confident AI use.
