Working across Human Resources, Learning & Development, and technology teams, this leader develops scalable programs that strengthen AI literacy, support workforce reskilling, and align employee development with evolving business needs. The role plays a key part in shaping how the organization prepares its workforce for new ways of working where human expertise and AI tools operate together.
