Your primary goal is to boost efficiency across Customer Support and Sales by automating manual processes and creating scalable data pipelines.
Acting as a cross-functional bridge, you will:
- Integrate AI logic into Salesforce to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to manage data lifecycles and surface actionable insights.
- Maintain the Salesforce infrastructure as the central hub for all AI-driven business logic and interactions.
