AI Organizational Change Lead

We’re seeking a Senior Principal, AI Transformation Lead to guide workforce and process redesign efforts that turn AI investments into measurable business value. In this role, you’ll partner deeply with business functions, HR, and AI engineering teams to rethink end-to-end processes, redesign roles, and embed AI and automation directly into core operations. Reporting to the Director of AI Business Transformation within the AI Center of Excellence, you’ll be accountable for value realization: establishing baselines, defining KPIs, and ensuring redesigned work delivers real outcomes, not just AI usage.
