About the role:

Sociaaal is hiring a AI Performance Creative Strategist to own and scale our AI-driven video creative production, with a core focus on turning winning ads into many effective variations (e.g., changing avatar, hook, script, offer emphasis, format, and length). You will work hands-on with AI tools across text, image, video, and voice to design and run creative experiments, manage avatar-based content production, and coordinate closely with our Head of Creatives, his assistant, and our video editors.
