AI Programme Manager

You will provide operational programme leadership across Beca’s AI Programme, supporting the coordination and delivery of a broad portfolio of initiatives spanning capability, governance, adoption, and experimentation.

Working closely with the Group Head of Innovation Investment & Artificial Intelligence (Programme Sponsor), you will hold the programme together operationally—maintaining a clear view of progress, managing governance and reporting processes, and ensuring initiatives continue to move forward together. You will act as a trusted deputy, representing the Programme Sponsor where required and ensuring that delivery is not constrained by leadership bandwidth.
