Job Title:  Advanced Specialist, AI Scientist  
Career Architecture Tier:  IC25 (Individual Contributor) 
Location:  Poznan, Poland (Hybrid) 
Role Qualifier:  LLM/Agents or Machine Learning 
Salary:  21-25k PLN / month gross 
Currently, we are looking for candidates with proficiency and experience in at least one of the following areas: LLMs, SLMs, agents / Machine learning (deep learning, computer vision, reinforcement learning, etc.)
